Mark started programming at the age of 12. He created a very interesting messaging program in Atari BASIC to communicate with his dad in his dental office. Mark compiled intelligent music streaming platform Synapse in school. Microsoft and AOL showed interest in buying the product while Zuckerberg refused their offers.

2. Doesn’t Work Long Hours

Mark revealed in one of Q&A sessions at Facebook that he works approximately 50-60 hours a week, which is close to number of hours average Facebook employee works. Although he doesn't work long hours, he has spent most of his life in thinking how to connect people and serve the community in better ways.

3. One Rule For Hiring

Mark believes in hiring people who are better than him at the age. No wonder Facebook is full of smart people. He hires people that he would have as a boss. For example, he hired Sheryl Sandberg as COO of Facebook, Sheryl is most famous woman in the tech world. Mark considers her as his mentor.

This is one of the very less known fact about Mark. He is red and green color blind. Zuckerberg once reportedly said that the best color he can see is Blue. No wonder, Facebook is designed in blue theme.
