How is TCS for fresher?

TCS : TATA Consultancy services
Here we go :
  1. Never pays good salary.
  2. Will destroy your future by providing support project/Itis/Itil project.
  3. Better go for product based company or growing startup.
  4. Join TCS if you want to learn “How to write effective emails”
  5. Not for talented people.
  6. Coming from java background ? Get ready to work on an asp.net project, don’t worry 3 months training will be provided on different technology.
  7. Need development, Love coding ? Get ready for support project.
  8. Even if you leave 1 month before 2 years, get ready to pay 50k bond amount (As bond is illegal, they call it as service agreement)
  9. Go for TCS, if you enjoy doing nothing & future aim is different than IT company. Come here, study for Ibps, IAS, SSC etc. Woohoo plus point :P
  10. Now notice period is 90days for everyone. Hard to switch.
  11. Onsite opportunity ? Yeah it provides, based on your luck and your project. Keep working on same support project for years and you will get a chance for sure. You can think it as another plus point.
  12. Let’s talk about rating. No matter how much hard work you do in your team, but people with more experience than you will always get higher ratings than you. Only experience instead of talent & hard work matters for TCS.
  13. Above points are also valid for Accenture, Wipro, Tech Mahindra, HCL, Infosys, L&T
  14. TIP : I would say never choose service based company, always give priority to product based or start up jobs (Make sure you read reviews of people about the startup and you should connect with some previous employee of startup over linkedin & get reviews before joining) & get some challenging coding experience if your future aim is Google, Microsoft, Facebook or any product based firm which pays 400% times better salary than TCS for freshers.
  15. If you love doing coding and want to see yourself as a developer or entreprenuer, above points will help you in taking your decision. If you don’t like coding stuffs, don’t think twice go and join “TCS - Experience certainity.”

Finding the best web hosting service isn’t quite as straightforward as searching Google and choosing the one with the lowest price. There are a lot of issues to consider, including the reasons for  why  you need hosting and  how  you intend to use it. Once you have a handle on that, finding the right host becomes much easier. Choose one that’s undersized and you’ll end up with website outages and slow page loads, but choose one that’s oversized and you’ll be throwing money away. Defining Your Web Hosting Needs Before choosing your web host, you’ll need to think about your requirements. Consider the following concerns and decide the importance of each item on a scale of 0 to 10 (with 0 being not at all important and 10 being critically important): Speed  — H

Google Photos can now stabilize all your shaky phone camera video

G oogle Photos is where all my photos are. Long ago I was a man of SmugMug, and then Flickr, and then at some point spent days and days copying years of images to iCloud Photo Library before eventually disregarding that and switching to Google. What can I say? I’m a simple person who can be easily delighted and swayed by automatic GIF creation and reliable backups. And Google Photos keeps getting better. Here’s the latest example: now the mobile app can automatically stabilize videos in your camera roll with a tap. A lot of flagship smartphones offer optical image stabilization when shooting video, a hardware feature that helps keep footage smooth. Others, like Google’s Pixel, use software to try and stabilize jerky movements. Putting stabilization inside the Google Photos app could enhance results further if you’re already working with hardware OIS, or improve recordings significantly if your phone lacks any means of steadying things out of the box. The stabilized video is croppe
