Any organization can identify the elements that matter most to its managers’ success and help people work on developing them. But a common obstacle is the way most managerial work is organized. Tata Sky launches India’s First 4K Set top box

Tata Sky launches India’s First 4K Set top box After Tata Sky revealing its plans to bring 4K streaming to our TV’s way back in July 2014, it has finally launched India’s first 4K set top box. The launch is intentionally timed right before the ICC Cricket World Cup 2015, so that fans could enjoy their favorite sport in 4K quality. The new 4K set top box can stream content in 4K Ultra High Definition (UHD), with Dolby Digital Plus 7.1 Surround Sound. 4K is actually four times the pixels (resolution of 3840×2160)than the current standard of HD (1920×1080) streaming, this not only gives the viewers better clarity but also more vivid colours. There is an option also to stream Standard Definition (SD) and High Definition (HD) channels as well. and its taken as a default that you need a 4K TV to view 4K. The Xiaomi Mi Note and Note pro – iPhone Killer? Xiaomi’s latest offering is out and looks pretty promising, the Mi Note, which aims to compete with the Samsung Galaxy Note 4 and the Apple iPhone 6 Plus. The event, which took place in Beijing, saw constant comparisons between the Mi Note to the iPhone 6 Plus. Display : The Mi Note features a 5.7-inch screen – slightly larger than the 5.5-inch iPhone 6 Plus. It’s a full HD display with a pixel density of 386ppi.  The Mi Note’s display features a Nela Tech LCD , which Xiaomi claims offers a higher contrast and dynamic pixel adjustment for better readability outdoors and improves contrast of darker areas in photos. Xiaomi also claims it has improved the colour reproduction from the Mi 4. The display is protected by a layer of Corning Gorilla Glass 3. Asus ZenFone Max With 5000mAh Battery Now Available in India                              The Asus ZenFone Max, the latest ZenFone series smartphone which was unveiled in India earlier this month, was available in India on Friday. The smartphone will be going on sale via online as well as offline retailers.( Also see : Asus ZenFone Max Review ) Priced at Rs. 9,999, the Asus ZenFone Max earlier went up for pre-order via Amazon India, Flipkart , and Snapdeal . The Taiwanese company, as promised, will be also selling the ZenFone Max via offline retail channels including the Asus Exclusive stores. The company also expressed plans to expand the offline presence of its devices in India. Asus India in a press statement said that it plans to expand the self-branded exclusive stores to 30,000 by end of 2016. The company said that by end of 2015 it only had 100 stores. Seagate launches NAS HDD 8TB The American technology company Seagate has announced the launch of NAS HDD 8TB capacity drive. NAS HDD 8TB will be the highest-capacity drive available in the market on Friday. The device has been optimised for RAID, Network-Attached Storage (NAS) and server storage. The Seagate NAS HDD 8TB is the largest NAS optimized drive in the industry. It includes 1, 2, 3, 4, 6, & 8TB capacities that are designed to deliver up to 64TB in a single eight-bay desktop form factor. The Seagate NAS 8TB HDD can be used for number of NAS use cases like backup, recovery, print and file servers, multimedia storage, file sharing and virtualization.
