IT pros need to be very flexible while working with different technologies at the time. Given the complexity of work, IT pro has to decide what technologies are right for the requirement and what are hard to implement. IT pros have to be very creative all the time. When multinational company passes the work during time zone, the partnering company has to be available at the same time to serve them.

5. Initiative

Most people are afraid of taking an initiative. In today’s IT world, taking initiative is confused with creativity. It is only after you take an initiative that you can learn from the process and use your creativity to add value to the project.
