Xiaomi Mi 5 specifications leaked, to come with Fingerprint scanner and launched in November

A new report has emerged claiming that Xiaomi’s next Mi 5 flagship will indeed be officially announced in November and it will be a massive upgrade. The report also hints at built-in fingerprint scanner alongside alleged complete specifications list.
Xiaomi Mi 5, codenamed Libra, is said to carry premium specs inviting competition from every other smartphone. According to the latest report, the Xiaomi Mi 5 will sport a fingerprint scanner. However, no details as to how would the fingerprint scanner technology has been disclosed in the new report. This confirms the previous report that had mentioned that Xiaomi had filed a patent and detailed the fingerprint recognition method via the handset’s buttons.
Going by the new purported specs leaked by Mobipicker, which according to Phone Arena are legal, the Xiaomi Mi 5 smartphone will feature an upgraded display, faster processor and a spacious RAM.
According to the publication, Xiaomi Mi 5 will sport a 5.3-inch Quad HD display with 1440 x 2560 pixels resolution that can offer pixel density of 554ppi. Under the hood, the handset is said to be powered by Snapdragon 820 chipset, which is yet-to-be-revealed by Qualcomm. While the design of the new handset is not yet disclosed, we can expect the Chinese smartphone company to make basic changes to the Mi 4 successor.
The other specs leaked about the Mi 5 smartphone include 4GB RAM and storage options of 16GB or 64GB with microSD card expansion. Xiaomi is also looking out for the industry’s highest security standard in smartphones for its Mi 5.
Adding to the list of upgrades in the Mi5 smartphone will be camera sensors on both sides. The rear camera said to sport a 16MP resolution, and the front camera a 6MP resolution for selfie lovers. The device is likely to have a 3030mAh battery at the back of the device. The Mi 5 will run the latest Android 5.1.1 out of the box, though it is possible that Xiaomi will switch to Android M that will be released around the same time.
Although, there is no information on the pricing and availability of the Mi 5 smartphone, it is very much likely that the Mi 5 will be as affordable as Xiaomi’s existing flagship smartphones. An Mi5 Plus is said to be in the making as well, while there has been no word on its hardware other than that it might feature a 6-inch bezel-less display.

The Dynamic Host Configuration Protocol (DHCP) is a network service that enables host computers to be automatically assigned settings from a server as opposed to manually configuring each network host. Computers configured to be DHCP clients have no control over the settings they receive from the DHCP server, and the configuration is transparent to the computer's user. The most common settings provided by a DHCP server to DHCP clients include: IP address and netmask IP address of the default-gateway to use IP adresses of the DNS servers to use However, a DHCP server can also supply configuration properties such as: Host Name Domain Name Time Server Print Server The advantage of using DHCP is that changes to the network, for example a change in the address of the DNS server, need only be changed at the DHCP server, and all network hosts will be reconfigured the next time their DHCP clients poll the DHCP server. As an added advantage, it is also ...
